US LLC Sri Lanka is run by Entryly Solutions LLC, a US company founded by a Sri Lankan. We help Sri Lankans form US companies so they can use Stripe, Mercury and Wise, and we write these guides so you can decide with real numbers.
Why this exists
Kaveesha Mallawaarachchi is a Sri Lankan entrepreneur based in Colombo who ran into the same walls as many founders here: payment gateways that don’t serve Sri Lanka, bank applications that went nowhere, and IRS paperwork that assumes you live in America.
Entryly was built so founders can get a US company, an EIN, a Mercury account and help with Stripe without travelling, hiring a lawyer or learning the IRS website. This site is the Sri Lankan side of that work: prices in rupees, local payment methods, and guides about Sri Lankan rules.
How we make money
We charge a fixed price for forming your LLC and for the yearly services that keep it in good standing. The prices are on the pricing page.
The guides on this site are written to help you decide, including when you don’t need a US company at all. If PayPal or Payoneer is enough for you, we’ll say so.
